4 Features of NGIN Workplace’s New Community Dashboard
NGIN Workplace is now more efficient and proactive than ever before. Starting this week, we (NGIN) are launching a new online platform that will improve the daily work day of our tight-knit community of startups. We specifically designed a unique community dashboard because we are passionate about promoting interaction and collaboration in our shared coworking and office space. Getting to the community dashboard is simple. All our members have to do is sign in and they are immediately directed to the interactive dashboard that holds several amazing features.
- Directory/Check-In Module
One of the most interesting features of our community dashboard is the directory. Under the “Directory” feature, our members can easily navigate through all the startups at NGIN Workplace to see who is in the office today. When a member enters NGIN Workplace and signs into the dashboard, the dashboard immediately checks them in, uploading their picture of choice, displaying that they are present in the shared workspace. Here at NGIN Workplace we strive on collaboration and bouncing entrepreneurial ideas off one another. What if you need help designing a new company website and you know there is a web developer from another company that works across from you in your shared workspace. By using our dashboard you will immediately be able to see if that person is in the office, as well as a list of their skills and expertise. At NGIN we believe that collaboration is the key to successful innovation!
- Meeting Room Bookings
Booking a meeting room at NGIN Workplace has never been made so effortless. With our new community dashboard, this stressful task is trouble-free. To book a room all you need to do is click on the specific day and time you want. The large calendar spread sheet makes it easy to let members and guests easily know when rooms are available and display exact booked times. If our members are up and about our space, they can also simply book a meeting room with the QR codes attached to the side of the glass doors on each meeting room.
- Support Desk
NGIN Workplace is here to save the day! Any problem our members experience during the work day can now be solved using the “Help” feature on our dashboard. No more having to leave your office or shared desk to let our friendly team know about any technical issue you may have experienced. This feature was made to save you time. By using our new dashboard, your problems can now be solved by only one click away. Are members can contact our team about any problem and we will tackle the problem as soon as possible… but wait there’s more! Your message posted will be visible to every member of the space so they can also take advantage of the information published here.
Here at NGIN Workplace we believe that hosting monthly community events offers a laidback way to network, build lasting relationships and to celebrate your startups recent accomplishments. The “Events” feature on the dashboard will help our members remember when and what the upcoming events are, as well as keep them updated on the latest news from our blog.
